International Advisory Board Members
The International Advisory Board, composed of about 40 members from business, government, education, and other areas, was created to advance the University on international program development and areas of emphasis. Its members participate in the University's international activities and assist in building an international network for the University, as well as promoting awareness of international programs and issues.
The Mission of the IAB is to utilize individual member expertise and personal networks of connections around the world to:
- Enrich Texas A&M students’ cultural awareness and global acumen
- Advance Texas A&M’s faculty scholarship through mutually beneficial partnerships
- Recognize faculty and student excellence in international efforts and student support
- Assist Texas A&M University’s administration in globalizing its mission, vision, goals and objectives
- Promote Texas A&M globally as a preeminent higher education institution
