The Mission of Global Services is to facilitate formal linkages with global partners and provide specialized services that enhance learning, relationships, and collaborations.
Our clientele includes Texas A&M and international faculty, staff, and administrators, local community leaders in Costa Rica, and both student and faculty Fulbrighters. Our support services for clientele includes the following.
Advising, templates and guidelines, translations, language negotiations with campus and foreign partners, signing ceremony information, routing for signatures, and export control checks.
Guidelines, reporting and collaboration requirements, forms and checklists, flag reservations, and other support services available when inviting and hosting international visitors to campus.
Texas A&M support services for both incoming and outgoing Fulbright students and scholars; University Fulbright Liaison, advising sessions for applicants to this prestigious program.
University office and corporation in Mexico City supports faculty academic and research activities including grant application and management, equipment purchase/import, and partner identification.
University owned site in Costa Rica facilitates faculty research and hosts student groups; research station with lodging, wet/dry labs, classrooms, dining, and logistical services.
The Leland T. and Jessie W. Jordan Institute for International Awareness facilitates intercultural learning through on-campus programming and abroad opportunities.
