Cynthia is a former Aggie and previously worked at Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in marketing and communications for two years before transitioning to Education Abroad. She is from Houston and is fluent in Spanish since her parents are from Guadalajara, Mexico. She enjoys being bicultural and has wonderful memories of spending many summers and Christmas holidays with her extended family in Mexico, in addition to visiting various cities within the country.
Cynthia is excited to be working at Education Abroad to help students grow their interest and awareness of other cultures and languages and hopes future Aggies can travel abroad and have positive international experiences. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends, shopping, listening to music and podcasts, and traveling.
