The primary program contact, or program leader assigned by the department or entity, in collaboration with the Education Abroad advisor, will coordinate arrangements for the group.

- Student advising, online pre-departure orientation, and web resources
- Access to a 24/7 emergency hotline and assistance in emergency response and evacuation
