Passport Updates

If you received a new passport, please submit a Passport Update request in the ISSS Portal under the General Student Services section.

Name or Personal Information Updates

If you need your name or personal information updated on your I-20 or DS-2019, you should first see if the information is correct on your university record by checking Howdy. If your university record is incorrect, you must first get your information updated with the Aggie One Stop. Your information must match the information provided on your passport. 

After the Aggie One Stop has finished their updates, then you can submit a General ISSS Request in the ISSS Portal under the General Student Services section.

Change of Financial Support

If your funding changes while you’re at TAMU, you are not required to update your I-20 or DS-2019 solely for that reason.  

But if you would like the funding information to be updated, then you can submit a General ISSS Request in the ISSS Portal under the General Student Services section. Please be aware we may not accommodate all requests for financial updates outside what is regulatorily required.
