• Fall 23 Walk-in hours:
  • Monday - Thursday 9 am - 3 pm
  • Friday - 9 am - 1 pm
  • appointment only 10/9 & 10/10
  • Closed 9/4, 9/13, 11/22 - 24, 12/22 - 1/2/24
• It is optimal if you type and print your application to avoid errors that will need correction and cause delays
