FALL 2024 Walk-in hours:  

• CLOSED Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 11/27, 11/28, and 11/29

• CLOSED Tuesday 12/3 until 1 pm

  • Monday - Thursday 9:30 am  - 3 pm

  • Friday 9:30 am - 2 pm

It is optimal if you type and print your application to avoid errors that will need correction and cause delays

Passport services by limited appointments: https://swan.tamu.edu/educationabroad. 
ALL applicants must be present for a passport.

DO NOT pay online to fill out passport forms. FREE official https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html has the FREE U.S. Government form fillers.

Hand Carry/Courier applications are NOT accepted unless traveler is 2 weeks (or 4 weeks and needs a visa) from travel
