- ALL applicants must be present for a passport.
DO NOT pay online to fill out passport forms. FREE official https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html has the FREE U.S. Government form fillers.

Hand Carry/Courier applications are NOT accepted unless traveler is 2 weeks (or 4 weeks and needs a visa) from travel

New Adult Passport
Instructions for 1st time passport holders age 16+ or for those whose passport was issued more than 15 years ago.
New Minor Passport
Instructions for passport applicants aged 15 or younger.
Renew My Passport
Instructions for the renewal of a 10-year passport that was issued less than 15 years ago.
