Caleb Chapman leads and manages the Global Partnerships & Initiatives unit within the Department of Global Engagement at Texas A&M University. Caleb is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various programs and services designed to increase awareness, participation, and retention in Global Engagement offerings. Functions within Caleb’s unit include global learning programs, co-curricular intercultural experiences, support for university-wide initiatives and programming, technology and data management, departmental assessment and reporting, and marketing and public relations.

Caleb joined Texas A&M University in 2019. Prior to that, Caleb worked in the Division of Student Affairs at another university where he served as director of multiple areas such as leadership and service programs, student media, and marketing and communications. Before working in higher education, he was a print journalist. Caleb earned a Master of Arts in College Student Development from St. Edward’s University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tarleton State University.
