Duties and Functions: 
Project facilitator for Global Engagement. Performs technical research and assessment, including reporting. Communicates technology changes, updates, and improvements to Global Engagement members. Point of contact for escalated issues for internal software platforms and advanced website issues.

Education:
Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Texas A&M University

Short Bio: 
After graduating from Texas A&M, Jenna worked as a technical writer for several software development companies producing user help guides, wikis, and technical support documentation. She now uses that knowledge to facilitate projects and research and assess technology solutions for Global Engagement. Jenna is a third-generation Aggie who was in the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band and the Corps of Cadets. She lives in College Station with her spouse and cats, and she hopes to visit any and all countries she can.
