Duties and Functions:
Coordinates, manages, and oversees all customer service efforts for the International Student and Scholar Services office and clientele. Supervises, trains, and manages student assistants who serve as the front line for all customer service efforts. Assists in strategic planning for office customer service efforts and outreach to stakeholders. Assists in establishing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, developing training materials, delivering training, and evaluation of office customer service efforts. Gathers data and generates reports related to ISSS customer service.

Short Bio:
Annabel is a proud Texas A&M Aggie graduate who loves giving back and serving the Aggie community. During her time at Texas A&M as an undergraduate student, she served as a Fish Camp Counselor for two years and played an integral role in the founding and establishment of Texas A&M's newest sophomore leadership organization. Outside of academics, Annabel is a longtime artist who also enjoys volunteering in her spare time. She also loves spending time with family and friends, fashion, sports, and cars
