Duties and Functions:
Supports international students and their dependents through the processing of immigration documents and the delivery of immigration advising.
Serves as Designated School Official (DSO) for F Program
Serves as Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) for J Program

Short Bio:
In 1988 I started working for the United States Customs Service as a Special Agent. At the Customs Basic Enforcement School, I graduated at top of my class. In 2003, the Department of Homeland Security was formed, and I then became a Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations. In my last 15 years or so, I primarily worked National Security cases until my retirement in 2019. In 2019, I worked as an International Student Advisor for Prairie View A&M University. David transferred to Texas A&M University in 2022.
