About
The Global Welcome Party is a vibrant celebration of the diverse cultures that make up our university community. The event celebrates and welcomes international students, scholars, interns, faculty, as well as education abroad returnees. This event is open to everyone at Texas A&M and all members of the Bryan-College Station community and will feature music, games, dancing, cultural performances, food, prizes, and opportunities to connect with campus and community resources.

Who It's For
Global Welcome Party is for international students and scholars, Bryan/College Station community members, education abroad returnees, families with or without children, and anyone excited to celebrate and welcome our international community and education abroad returnees.
What to Expect
At the Global Welcome Party you can expect inspiring speeches from distinguished guests, lively music and dancing, captivating cultural performances, fun games with prizes, delicious food, and resource tables featuring Texas A&M departments and local community organizations.
Event Cost
This is a FREE event for the campus and local community and is provided by the Department of Global Engagement at Texas A&M University.

- Sponsor will be invited to host a resource table at the Global Welcome Party (must be confirmed by August 15th)
- Sponsor resource table placement will be prioritized at the Global Welcome Party (must be confirmed by August 15th)
- Logo will be included on Global Welcome Party swag (must be confirmed by July 31st)
- Sponsor logo placement and size are prioritized on Global Welcome Party swag (must be confirmed by July 31st)

FAQs
Food vendors change from year to year. Check back closer to fall of 2026 for details.
*Food is limited to one serving per person and is available on a first come, first served basis.
- Garage Parking: The most convenient parking garage is the University Center Garage (660 Throckmorton St, College Station, TX 77843). This garage accepts TAMU business permits.
- Surface Lot Parking: Lots 26 and 48 bordering Aggie Park are designated as authorized night/weekend parking. If you have a valid TAMU personal permit, you may park in these lots for free on September 12.
- Bus Routes: Aggie Park is also on TAMU bus routes 03 (Yell Practice).
- Visitor Parking: If you do not have a TAMU parking permit you should use the visitor parking options available on campus for an hourly fee.
