U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken this week announced Texas A&M University has been designated a 2023 Fulbright Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) Leader. Only 46 universities were honored with the distinction for demonstrating noteworthy engagement with the Fulbright Program by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA).
